What to Expect in Our Owings Mills Dental Office

From the time you enter our office until you leave, our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, customized approach and individualized experience. When you first arrive, our front desk team will collect all necessary info, insurance information, previous doctor information, and other forms. We will also welcome you into our office and let you relax in our comfortable chairs with complimentary neck pillows and blankets.

During your first appointment, Dr. Pupkin and staff will spend one-on-one time working through a 1-hour comprehensive exam and diagnostic x-rays. If possible, we will try and do your first cleaning on the same day, otherwise, we will schedule it as soon as possible. Additionally, Dr. Pupkin will create a customized treatment plan and schedule a time to review our findings and answer any questions.

Our office believes fear of payment and cost should never keep you from receiving the dental care you deserve.

We accept regular payment methods like cash, check, and all major credit cards.

However, for those that need a more flexible plan, we offer 3rd party financing to remove any roadblocks to dental care.
