About Dr. Andrew Pupkin

Dr. Andrew Pupkin received his dental training from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1987. After graduating, he continued his dental and medical studies by pursuing a general practice hospital residency at the VA Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Pupkin opened his dental practice in Owings Mills in 1992 and has been providing service as a Hunt Valley dentist ever since. He has logged hundreds of hours in continuing education to bring innovative techniques to his patients, provide a “concierge approach,” and advance his practice environment.
